Colorado based Well Master Corporation Announces Michael Marino As Its New President
Golden CO – July 13, 2012 – Well Master Corporation of Golden, Colorado is pleased to announce Michael Marino as its new president. Mr. Marino replaces Rob Bender, company founder, as president following successful managerial roles at SpeeCo Inc. and Ingersoll Rand.
Mr. Marino joined Well Master as Vice President in 2012 and is known for leadership in optimizing operations resulting in maximized performance and profitability. He is also respected for his capability to guide technical aspects of business while leading people, products and processes with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Mr. Marino has a unique combination of specialized advanced technical knowledge and business experience able to deliver dramatic growth supported by unrivaled career progression with a history of success at all levels.
Mr. Marino is experienced in a variety of environments from global, multi-national organizations to small and mid-sized businesses owned by private equity firms. He has a reputation of responding to operational and financial challenges with resourcefulness, determination and focus.
Mr. Marino earned his Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is a loyal alumnus and serves on several advisory boards within the University.
Mr. Bender will continue to serve the company as its Chief Executive Officer as David Green, another owner, continues in the roll of Vice President and Chief Technical Officer.
