Golden, CO- January 1st, 2022- Well Master Corporation, headquartered in Golden, Colorado is pleased to announce President and Chief Executive Officer, Michael Marino, has been unanimously elected Chairman of the Board of Directors effective January 1st, 2022. Mr. Marino joined Well Master as Vice President in 2012 and in 2013 he was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Well Master Corporation. In 2015, Marino took over as Chief Executive Officer for the business. Over the last 9 years, Mr. Marino has led Well Master to become an industry leader and innovator through exceptional leadership skills and specialized advanced technical knowledge.
After earning his Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Marino has experienced a variety of environments from global, multi-national organizations to small and mid-sized businesses owned by private equity firms. Mr. Marino has been able to deliver dramatic growth supported by unrivaled career progression with a history of success at all levels. He has a reputation for responding to operational and financial challenges with resourcefulness, determination, and focus and is known for leadership in optimizing operations resulting in maximized performance and profitability. Throughout his time at Well Master, he has become respected for his capability to guide technical aspects of the global business while leading people, products, and processes with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Mr. Marino states, “It’s an honor and privilege to assume the Chairman of the Board role for Well Master. I have some big shoes to fill taking over as Chairman for the Founder of the business.
