With a growing number of Android users it was important for Well Master to make this tool available for more people. The app is designed for operators of natural gas wells utilizing Well Master plungers for deliquification and production optimization. It calculates the plunger fall rate, the rate at which the Well Master plunger is falling through gas and liquid.
Simply select the size of tubing and the Well Master plunger model being used in the well. Then, input the tubing pressure, temperature and the specific gravity of gas and the specific gravity of liquid to determine the fall rate. This information is used to provide the minimum off-time for a specific plunger at the wells operating conditions. It eliminates any guesswork and is more accurate and faster than using general rules of thumb.
